Chef Ringo Kaw Fan Chu began his career with Airport Seafood Restaurant Sdn. Bhd. at Terminal 2, Subang Airport as Executive Chef Directorin 1985. He founded Kelana Seafood Centre Sdn. Bhd. in 1990. Currently he is also Director of Bagan Seafood Restaurant.

Chef Ringo Kaw attended the course of 'The Imperial Meals of China Fangshan Restaurant Beijing, China in 1989 and later obtained Diploma of Membership Award-Les Amised' Escoffier Society in 2005. In the same year, he was awarded the Five Star Golden Award-Les Amised' Escoffier Society.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of F&B. He served as General Secretary of The Malaysia Selangor & Federal Territory Ku Su Shin Choong Hung Restaurant Association for the term 2006 till to date. Chef Ringo Kaw is currently the Honorary Secretary of Pan Malaysia Koo Soo Restaurant & Chefs Association since 2006. In 2006, he was appointed as Committee of World Association of Chinese Cuisine and Member of Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Apart from sitting on several private societies, he also sits as a Judge for 'The 3rd World Championship of Chinese Cuisine in Japan on the year 2000. In 2002, he was Chief Planner for 'The World Championship of Chinese Cuisine cum Foodtech Malaysia and he also a Chief Organizer for 'The World Golden Chef Competition' in 2005. In 2007, he sits again as Judge for "Mandarin Oriental Black Box Competition" and Judge for "Culinaire Malaysia (FHM)".
